Anime Character: Megumin

Megumin model I made from the anime Konosuba. I wanted to challenge myself making a base model that I wasn’t used to, and I’m quite pleased with the result This took me longer then I though it would take, getting a somewhat realistic looking anime base model proved to be somewhat of a challenge. It also was the first time I rigged the model in maya properly in order to make the posing a lot easier. while it took longer to do the when I just did it in Zbrush, in the end it was much easier to correct the pose then it would in Zbrush.

Character was first sculpted inside of Zbrush for the highpoly, lowpoly was later made in Maya. textures were made in Substance painter. and the posing was back done in Maya.
